MOV is Apple QuickTime; MP4 is the industry standard. They share some codecs (H.264, AAC) but MOV also supports ProRes and other pro formats. Our tool handles both.

Yes. ProRes is transcoded server-side for transcription. The original ProRes MOV is not modified or returned.
What is the maximum file size?
